Ty played in the snow!
And he enjoyed hot chocolate when we got back in. YUM!
Today I braved the cold and went outside. I know, shocking, right? My purpose was twofold. In writing this, I am going to reveal how bad of a mother I am. I have NEVER taken Ty out to play in the snow. Ever. I hate the cold and always think up some excuse why I can't go out and play with him. So today was his first time really playing in the snow. I taught him how to make snowballs, which he thought was amazing. He ran around and basically had a blast. And you know what? It didn't kill me either.
The other reason I went out was because today is Adam's birthday and I thought I would be the good wife and shovel the driveway for him. I guess there is a first time for everything! (And yes, I have shoveled snow before. I grew up in Michigan, remember? I just mean I have never shoveled our driveway until today.)

I shoveled our driveway too! And I dont take my kids out to play in teh snow either!
Happy Birthday Adam... I hate the cold too, but come on you have go out in play in the snow.. remember how cold that Tennis match was we went to. haha now that was FREEZING!
Wait, who shoveled the driveway? 'Cause I swear there was photo evidence of Ty doing it. :)

I am with you...I try to avoid playing in the snow as much as possible. It takes more time to get ready than it does for Caden to be done after playing in the snow. I do love having hot chocolate after, though!
